Unable to download micaToolbox version 2.2.2

Hi Jolyon and Cedric,

I am unable to download the latest micaToolbox version v2.2.2 from the website https://www.empiricalimaging.com/download/micatoolbox/ as nothing happened when I clicked on the Download link. Do you have any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
