Dear MICAtoolbox Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with the “Convert to Cone Catch” function in MICAtoolbox and would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. When using the “Convert to Cone Catch” function, the resulting image displays unusual colors (blue and red) instead of the expected default image format. I expect the function to convert the image into a specific “Cone Catch” format without altering the colors in an unexpected way.
I have tried resetting ImageJ settings and checking the input data without success. Could you provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or if there is a known solution?
Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your response.
Hi,
It seems these are the red and blue overlay indicating thresholds of your destauration and negative value controls respectively. These are overlays and can be turned off in the basic ImageJ controls.
Cheers,
Cedric
