Hi,
I am trying to generate multispectral images from raw Canon (.CR3, Canon R50) files, just in the human visible range. However, if I select “Linear normalised reflectance stack” as output I get the following message: “The alignment metadata are not present – has this image already been processed?”. When I press OK, I get an image stack of blank white images. If I select “Linear Stack” the images look OK, but as far as I understand these are no good for colour measurements.
I have recently generated images successfully using Canon R7 raw images with the same version of ImageJ and MICA. What could be the problem here?
Thanks in advance!
Kaspar
Hi,
We hope that the recent toolbox update has mitigated any issues with newer RAW formats and their various compressed forms.
Cheers,
