Dear Jolyon,
I am experiencing an issue when creating JPG multispectral images and applying my linearity model. Everything seems to work fine during the creation process, but when I close the image and try to reload it, the screen displays a blank (white) view in the LW and UV-R channels, and the reflectance values appear unrealistic, as if the image were overexposed (with reflectance values above 100%).
Could you please help me with this issue? Here’s the process I’m following:
- Generate multispectral image,
- Choose UV and VIS cameras,
- Select custom images with grey standards in separate photos,
- Customize standard levels, and
- Set the output to “linear normalized standard reflectance spectra.”
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yes I’ve seen this bug in later ImageJ versions. I’ll fix it in the next update, but in the meantime try rolling back to ImageJ version 1.52.
Go help>update> and select 1.52
