Hi, I keep getting this error message when I try to create a mspec using the screening tool. I managed to create one using the other method, but now when trying to load the mspec back to do further analyses, I get the same error message again. I’ve never had this problem before. What am I doing wrong?
This error is suggesting the images linked to the .mspec file can’t be found. Try opening up the .mspec file in a text editor. You’ll see at the top of the file is the image name (the image must be in the same directory as the .mspec file). Just check this all makes sense (that the file name(s) are correct. Maybe the image files have been renamed when creating mspec files twice from the same images?
Hello, I have been having the same problem.
I have tried checking that the file name is the same, and it is, but when I try to load the .mspec I still get the error message shown below. What should I do/try?
Could you try removing the space and brackets from the image filename (rename the file and edit the .mspec entry?) Perhaps the code doesn’t like these.
