Unable to download latest micaToolbox Version v2.2.2

Hello, I am on the download page to download micaToolbox Version v2.2.2 for windows but the download link doesn’t seem to work. Clicking on it doesn’t start a download and the link won’t open into a new tab. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated – thanks!
