Hello,
I am trying to create a color map using bluetit vision. After converting to cone catch, using “samsung nx1000 nikkor bluetit D65” my image becomes whited-out and when I try to run QCPA framework using the bluetit LMS setting, I get an error message saying that “The current image channel names do not match the specified Weber fractions. This script will stop and show the Weber fraction names and slice names for checking. Note that the order does not need to match, only the names.”
I’m not sure if it is an issue with my input image but I was able to make color maps with human vision without an issue. I did not use a UV camera.
Heya,
As the notification states, the number of channels of the Weber fractions needs to match the available channels in the image. Your bluetit visual system expects 4 channels in the image but you are only giving it 3 as I understand (given you haven’t used a UV camera). It’s not possible to model UV vision (which is inherent to bluetits) without a UV layer in your image (i.e. the combined use of an RGB ‘human visible’ image + a ‘UV only’ image).
Cheers,
Cedric
